My surgery provides a range of outstanding patient services. Receptionists are friendly, helpful, and professional and calls to the surgery are always answered straight away. Urgent appointments are usually available on the day, and routine appointments available within 2 weeks. Appointments offered to patients are telephone or face to face, which is very convenient. Doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and very caring. Medical staff see you on time.....never any appointment delays.The surgery is clean, bright and tidy and staff greet patients with a warm smile! I feel very fortunate to have access to such a wonderful team of medical professionals, and knowing I am in safe hands gives me real peace of mind.

I feel my GP really tries to address all my issues and involves me and genuinely wants to help

Maybe have more appointment slots, as sometimes it can be a long wait but not this time.

because I work shift work its harder too get an appointment either on the day or later as it's not always an emergency appointment you need.
